At Sunshine Station Early Learning Center our primary mission is to provide a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment that supports the overall development of the children in our program, while utilizing the most competent and trained staff available to develop the social/emotional and school readiness skills they will need as they continue with their academic careers.

We believe that all children, especially those under six years of age, require nurturing and age-appropriate expectations, a safe and comforting atmosphere for them to explore, and a home-like approach to their daily activities. Our staff is dedicated to the concept that each child be made to feel that they are an important and vital part of our center’s community.
Every child at Sunshine Station ELC will be exposed to a variety of engaging and age-appropriate programs taught by a qualified and experienced teacher and based on the Delaware Early Learning Foundations, a set of goals and objective set forth by the Delaware Department of Education.
